F-22A Produktion wurde geopfert, um einen Stealthbomber zu bauen - der nicht kommt  ::)
Mittlerweile wurde eine Studie (basierend auf einer 2011 Studie von RAND) veroeffentlich bezueglich eines moeglichen Produktionsneustarts des Raptors - Japan hat erneut Bedarf gemeldet und evtl koennten die Japaner eine technologisch abgespeckte Version erhalten.

Ja, aber es gab auch mit der F-22 damals gewisse Probleme:

Und das wir gewisse Probleme mit dem Eurofighter, der A400M, dem NH 90 und dem Kampfhubschrauber "Tiger" hatten, ist ja nun auch bestens bekannt.

Naja, ich habe davon absolut keine Ahnung, aber der Luftfahrzeugbau scheint ja irgendwie hochkomplex zu sein. Und sehr, sehr teuer.

Mal sehen, was aus der F-22 wird.
